Julie brings her enthusiasm, dedication, and desire to succeed in real estate. Julie joined Perdomo Properties in 2013, now known as the Perdomo Group with Compass. Deeply involved in the Memorial community for more than 30 years she offers clients an unparalleled understanding of region combined with passion for helping people. She is incredibly skilled at matching people with the right homes, and she has a tireless dedication to meeting their needs. They are not only clients, but friends. She is consistently identified as a Top Producer. A graduate of Black Hawk College and a native of Illinois. Julie developed a passion for real estate while building and managing a small rental business focusing on rental properties in the West Memorial area. She brings excellent negotiation skills and business savvy to the table having served as a paralegal in Corporate Defense Litigation (for companies such as Ford, Volvo & BMW).

Organized, responsive and incredibly personable, clients can rely on Julie to carefully usher them through each step of the process. A member of the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Spring Branch Education Foundation Committee. Julie is an active constituent of her neighborhood including(President of Sandalwood Garden Club, Sandalwood Board Member, and Director of Sandalwood Swim Team. She served on the Yellow School Board for three years, was the Executive Vice President of the Frostwood PTA, and served as a development officer in charge of corporate fundraising. She was awarded the PTA Lifetime Member in 2014. Julie has a passion for the outdoors, working out, running, and spending time with family and friends at the lake.
